Nanocrystalline Ribbon

Nanocrystalline Ribbon

Performance & Characteristics

Nanocrystalline ribbon offers high saturation magnetic flux density, excellent permeability, low coercivity, and minimal losses, alongside superior stability, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Additionally, it is offered at a relatively lower price, providing superior cost-performance among all metal soft magnetic materials.

Application

Nanocrystalline ribbon can replace silicon steel, permalloy, and ferrite

It is widely used in high-frequency (20kHz-100kHz) switching power supplies, serving as core components in medium and small power transformers, control transformers, filtering inductors, energy storage inductors, reactors, magnetic amplifiers, saturated reactor cores, EMC filter, common-mode and differential-mode chokes, and ISDN miniature isolation transformer cores.
