Laminated core
The ribbon is punched into a ring shape or directly laminated and bonded together in a special way, and after heat treatment, it obtains good soft magnetic properties.
Performance characteristics:
(1) Excellent characteristic frequency
(2) Low loss, reducing temperature rise
(3) Good temperature stability, able to work for a long time from -55 ℃ to 130 ℃
(4) High magnetic permeability, low coercivity

Gluing Technologies developed by VAC
- Standard adhesive K-01 for maximum package density
- High temperature adhesive HT-01 for applications up to 200 °C
