Nanocrystallina core for current transformer

Made by winding nanocrystalline ribbon, it has high precision and good soft magnetic properties through different heat treatment processes.


Performance characteristics:


(1) High saturation magnetic induction intensity Bs and strong anti saturation ability
(2) High magnetic permeability, high precision, high linearity, low angle difference, low ratio difference, applicable accuracy range: 0.5-0.05 level;
(3) Under the same magnetic core size and performance, it is lighter (about 1/3 lighter) and cheaper than Permalloy magnetic cores, with high cost-effectiveness.
(4) Excellent high and low temperature characteristics, working range: -55 ℃~130 ℃
