Saturable nanocrystalline core for MAG-AMP

Saturable nanocrystalline core for MAG-AMP

Saturable nanocrystalline core for MAG-AMP is a device that amplifies electrical signals by utilizing the nonlinear properties of magnetic materials. It is composed of magnetic materials, coils, and external circuits, which can amplify small signals to larger voltages or currents. Prepared using nanocrystals, it has low coercivity and high rectangular ratio.

Performance characteristics:
(1) Has low coercivity and high rectangular ratio
(2) More than twice the high saturation magnetization Bs of cobalt based amorphous materials
(3) Can achieve miniaturization of magnetic cores and devices
(4) Has a higher Curie temperature Tc than cobalt based amorphous materials and better temperature stability (-40 ° C~120 ° C)
(5) This material is composed of iron-based nanocrystalline alloy, which has low cost and price

Application areas:
Magnetic amplifier switching power supply;
Spike Killer
