Sales Manager

job content:

1. Responsible for planning and implementing the company's marketing strategy, executing and completing the annual sales plan for the company's products;

2. Collect and analyze information on competitors and the market, and submit feasibility reports to decision-makers;

3. Development of target and potential markets, organization and collection of information;

4. Guide and supervise salespeople to collect and organize orders, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information;

5. Communicate and coordinate with various departments to transmit order related information to other departments;

6. Training and management of work skills for subordinates;

7. Communicate, liaise, and coordinate with customers to handle abnormal issues with orders;

8. Provide suggestions for performance evaluation, assessment, and appointment/removal of department subordinates;

9. Identify specific customer requirements, create a list, and organize relevant departments for review;

10. When there is a change in the order, organize relevant departments to conduct a review and ensure that the change information is conveyed to the relevant departments;

11. Adjust marketing plans in a timely manner based on changes in market, customer, and external environmental factors.
