Key Customer Maintenance

Requirement:

1. Education and major: Bachelor's degree or above from a public institution, no major restrictions, English proficiency level 8, fluent in spoken English;
2. Experience requirements: Sales experience, B-end sales experience, and enterprise level major customer sales experience are preferred;
3. Ability requirements: Capable personality, strong communication skills, clear speech, fluent Mandarin, and clear logical thinking;
4. Proficient in using office software to perform statistical analysis on customer information, order information, and other related data.

Duty:

1. Responsible for maintaining and following up on existing customer groups;
2. Responsible for customer visits, receptions, negotiations, and follow-up work, providing reasonable product solutions based on customer needs;
3. Coordinate with customers, provide delivery and invoicing for subsequent orders, and other related issues;
4. Maintain good customer relationships and regularly maintain customer relationships.
